Are your pieces really handmade?


Yes. While we do buy items sometimes to use in pieces, the whole construct is handmade and one of a kind.




Do you use photoshop on your pieces?


No. We use a high resulution camera, that's why you sometimes see dust or streaks. With us, what you see is what you get (not the dust of course)!




Do you ship worldwide?


Yes, we do! And it's FREE!




How can i get a custum piece?


Simply send us a message with your idea! We'll get back to you as soon as possible with the estimated price and when it will arrive in your home!




What if I don't like what I got?


No problem. As long as you make sure it gets back to us in one piece, you will get your money back.




The item I want is "Currently not available". What does that mean?


When a piece has the tag "Currently not avaiable", but is still in the shop, it means we borrowed it to a Gallery, usually for a few weeks. It will only be touched with gloves. If you are interested in said piece, let us know, we will reserve it for you and send it to you as soon as it comes back to us.




Can I pay in instalments?


No. BUT! Paypal offers a monthly payment to costumers. Simply chose Paypal on your check out and chose your payment plan in your Paypal account.

We know what an unsafe the internet can be. Our customer care team is working around the clock to make every one of you happy. If you have any queries, questions about articles, doubts or you simply found a mistake in the shop, give us a "hello"!

Our company is from Germany, so you can talk to us in German and English. 

Privacy & Safety

Our customer's privacy is of the highest importance to the team.

Your personal information is holy to us. It will be stored with WIX.com, Paypal or KLARNA in case you'd click on it. You can always delete your info at any time. 

We also use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixels, WITHOUT saving IP-Addresses.

Shipping Policy

We are shipping worldwide and for FREE! How awesome is that!

We use DHL to get it on the way. The package will be secured and you'll get a tracking number. In case the package comes back to us and it's our fault, we will of course send it out again on our expenses. Unfortunately we have no control over custom's duty fees and will not be able to pay for these.

Exchange & Return Policy

Items can be returned however not exchanged since they are one of a kind. 

We sincerely hope that you don't even ever want to return them, so we try to give you as much information about every item as possible.

If you still feel that there is anything wrong with the items you got, please shoot us a quick message and our customer care team will get back to you as soon as possible!
